- Notes: Assistant Accountant Location: Ajman Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to support daily accounting operations, including data entry, bookkeeping, financial reporting, and documentation; ideal candidate should have strong numerical skills and basic knowledge of accounting principles; Responsibilities:; daily accounting records, ledgers, and financial documents; in preparing invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers; monthly and annual closing processes; in preparing financial reports, statements, and bank reconciliations; and reconcile supplier accounts, bank statements, and cash balances; accounting systems with accurate financial data; with auditors and provide required documentation; proper filing and record-keeping of all finance documents; compliance with company policies and accounting standards; & Qualifications:; understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping; of accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, ERP, or similar); attention to detail and accuracy; communication and organizational skills; in MS Excel and MS Office; to work independently and handle multiple tasks; or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; role (freshers may also apply depending on company requirements); Environment:; based role with routine finance and administrative tasks
