• Notes: Summary An HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) Worker is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, cooling, and ventilation systems in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings; technician ensures systems operate efficiently and safely; Responsibilities Install air conditioning units, ventilation systems, and heating equipment; routine maintenance and system inspections; faults and repair HVAC systems; ductwork and insulation materials; and calibrate thermostats and control systems; refrigerants safely and follow environmental regulations; and interpret technical drawings and blueprints; to emergency repair calls; service records and reports; Qualifications Diploma or technical certification in HVAC or related field; 1–2 years of experience (preferred); of HVAC tools and equipment; of electrical systems and refrigeration principles; to work in high-temperature or confined spaces; & Abilities ✔ Strong problem-solving skills ✔ Technical and mechanical knowledge ✔ Attention to detail ✔ Physical stamina ✔ Good communication skills Work Conditions Full-time position May require overtime and emergency duty Work sites include homes, offices, malls, factories Outdoor and indoor working environment
