• Notes: Summary A Construction Worker is responsible for performing physical labor on construction sites; assist with building, repairing, and maintaining structures such as residential buildings, commercial properties, roads, and other infrastructure projects; Responsibilities Prepare construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards; and unload construction materials and equipment; hand and power tools safely; skilled workers such as masons, carpenters, electricians, and plumbers; Mix, pour, and spread concrete, asphalt, or other materials; blueprints and supervisor instructions; and dismantle scaffolding and temporary structures; safety standards and wear protective equipment (PPE); demolition and site cleanup tasks; Qualifications High school diploma (preferred but not mandatory); construction experience is an advantage; of basic construction tools and equipment; fit and able to lift heavy materials; to work in outdoor conditions (heat, dust, noise); & Abilities ✔ Strong teamwork and communication skills ✔ Good physical stamina and strength ✔ Basic knowledge of construction safety standards ✔ Ability to follow instructions accurately ✔ Time management skills Work Conditions Full-time job (8–10 hours duty, depending on project) Work may include weekends and overtime Outdoor work environment Exposure to heavy machinery and tools
