Key Responsibilities:
• Assist senior surveyors in conducting land and site surveys.
• Set up, operate, and maintain surveying instruments such as total stations, GPS units, and levels.
• Collect and record field data accurately.
• Help establish and mark boundaries, levels, and reference points on construction or land development sites.
• Support data entry and drafting of survey maps or drawings using CAD or GIS software.
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and stored.
• Follow safety procedures during field operations.
• Assist in preparing survey reports, sketches, and documentation.
• Communicate field observations and results to the senior surveyor or project engineer.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:
• Diploma or certificate in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of surveying tools, methods, and data collection techniques.
• Ability to read and understand survey drawings and maps.
• Good mathematical and analytical skills.
• Physically fit and willing to work outdoors in various conditions.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Previous experience as an Assistant or Trainee Surveyor is an advantage.

Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with CAD, GIS, or surveying software.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to follow instructions and meet project deadlines.
• Valid driver’s license (if field travel is required).
