• Notes: Title: Mason cum Painter Job Summary:; Mason cum Painter is responsible for performing both masonry and painting works in construction and maintenance projects; role includes block work, plastering, finishing, surface preparation, and painting to ensure high-quality structural and aesthetic results; Responsibilities: 01; Duties:; brick; work and structural masonry; Plastering, tiling, and cement finishing works; cracks, damaged walls, and surfaces; cement, mortar, and construction materials; Leveling, alignment, and surface finishing; formwork and minor construction works 02; preparation (cleaning, sanding, filling cracks, putty work); primer, putty, and paint coats; and exterior painting works; of brushes, rollers, and spray machines; mixing and finishing; painting and touch-up works Skills & Requirements:; skills in masonry and painting; of construction materials and tools; to read basic drawings; instructions; fit for site work; to detail and finishing quality; and coordination skills; to work under site conditions and deadlines; awareness (PPE, site safety rules) Qualifications:; certificate is an advantage; formal education required (experience-based role) Salary and Benefits:
