- Notes: Summary: The Machine Factory Helper will assist machine operators and technicians in daily factory operations; role includes preparing materials, supporting machine setup, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth workflow on the production floor; Responsibilities: 1; machine operators in setting up, operating, and monitoring machines; 2; and unload raw materials, tools, and finished products; 3; cleanliness and organization around machines and work areas; 4; materials for quality before feeding them into machines; 5; finished items from machines and transport them to storage areas; 6; all safety rules, guidelines, and proper handling procedures; 7; any equipment issues or malfunctions to supervisors immediately; 8; basic machine maintenance like cleaning, lubrication, and tool changes; 9; with packing, labeling, and preparing items for dispatch; & Qualifications: 1; knowledge of factory or production environments (training provided); to follow instructions and work under supervision; fit and able to stand for long hours, lift moderate weights; teamwork and communication skills; understanding of safety rules in a factory setting; to learn machine operations and new processes
