Notes: Responsibilities:; and draft land survey plans, maps, and layouts using AutoCAD or similar CAD software; survey field data into accurate drawings, plots, and digital formats; surveyors in reviewing and verifying survey data for accuracy; with survey teams to understand field measurements and specifications; organized records of CAD drawings, revisions, and related documentation; all drawings comply with company standards, project requirements, and legal regulations; engineers and architects by providing detailed and accurate survey illustrations; and modify existing drawings based on project updates or changes; best practices for file management, version control, and data security; other CAD-related tasks as assigned by supervisors or project leads; Requirements:; or degree in Civil Engineering, Land Surveying, or related field; in AutoCAD or equivalent CAD software; knowledge of land surveying principles, measurements, and instruments; to detail and high accuracy in drafting and data interpretation; analytical and problem-solving skills; communication skills to coordinate with survey and engineering teams; candidates preferred, but other qualified applicants may be considered; experience in survey drafting or CAD engineering is an advantage; Skills:; of GIS software and mapping tools; to read and interpret technical drawings and survey data; and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously; with local land surveying regulations and standards

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Land Surveying, or related field.
• Proficient in AutoCAD or equivalent CAD software.
• Basic knowledge of land surveying principles, measurements, and instruments.
• Attention to detail and high accuracy in drafting and data interpretation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with survey and engineering teams.
• Filipino candidates preferred, but other qualified applicants may be considered.
• Previous experience in survey drafting or CAD engineering is an advantage.

Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of GIS software and mapping tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and survey data.
• Organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with local land surveying regulations and standards.
