• Notes: Summary A Tractor Operator is responsible for operating tractors and related agricultural or construction machinery to perform tasks such as plowing, tilling, hauling, or transporting materials; operator ensures safe and efficient machine operation in farms, construction sites, or industrial areas; Responsibilities Operate tractors and machinery for agricultural or construction tasks Perform plowing, tilling, sowing, or hauling operations as required Conduct routine checks and maintenance of tractors Ensure safe operation and compliance with traffic and safety rules Load and unload materials when required Report any mechanical faults or malfunctions immediately Assist in other farm or site operations as needed Required Qualifications Valid tractor driving license or relevant certification Previous experience operating tractors or heavy machinery (preferred) Knowledge of basic tractor maintenance Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Physically fit and able to handle heavy machinery Skills & Abilities ✔ Safe and responsible machinery operation ✔ Mechanical aptitude for basic maintenance ✔ Attention to detail and safety awareness ✔ Good coordination and focus ✔ Ability to work independently and in a team Work Conditions Full-time position Outdoor work environment (farms, fields, or construction sites) May require long hours and flexible shifts Exposure to dust, noise, and machinery
