• Experience: in the installation and maintenance of all types of air conditioning systems including FCUs, split units , AHUs, FAHUs, exhaust fans, and their control system; Minimum 5 years in HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance, preferably in facilities management
• Notes: technician Purpose of the role: Perform across multiple technical disciplines including preventive, corrective maintenance and installation of HVAC systems in commercial and residential high rise buildings; responsibilities:; preventive maintenance on all air conditioning and refrigeration systems; Troubleshooting, Diagnose and fix electrical and mechanical issues in AC systems; of BMS systems; inspect equipment to identify and address potential issues before failure occurs; accurate records of all maintenance, repairs, and service activities; detailed reports to the Facilities Manager on system performance and any required parts or upgrades; to read Air-conditioning, Refrigeration and Electrical drawings; all necessary tools in good working condition, keep their working place neat and clean; electrical repairs and fixture maintenance (e; , replacing switches, sockets, and light fixtures); plumbing repairs (e; , fixing minor leaks, unclogging drains, maintaining sanitary systems); experience; or technical certification in HVAC systems or related field; Characteristic:; diagnostic and problem-solving skills; communication and teamwork abilities; to work flexible hours and respond to emergency calls when necessary; management and ability to work independently or in a team; communication skills in English & Hindi
