• Notes: Summary A Construction Worker is responsible for performing manual labor and assisting skilled tradespeople on construction sites; worker ensures tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and according to project specifications; Responsibilities Prepare and clean construction sites, removing debris and hazards Assist in loading and unloading construction materials Operate hand and power tools safely Support masons, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other skilled workers Mix and pour concrete, asphalt, or other materials Build scaffolding and temporary structures Follow project plans and supervisor instructions Ensure safety standards and use protective equipment (PPE) Perform demolition, cleaning, and site maintenance tasks Required Qualifications High school diploma (preferred but not mandatory) Previous construction or labor experience is an advantage Knowledge of basic construction tools and equipment Physically fit and able to perform manual labor Ability to follow instructions accurately Skills & Abilities ✔ Hardworking and reliable ✔ Teamwork and communication skills ✔ Attention to safety and detail ✔ Adaptable and flexible ✔ Strong physical stamina Work Conditions Full-time position 8–10 hours daily, may include overtime Outdoor and indoor work depending on site Exposure to heavy machinery and tools
