- Experience: with construction or infrastructure projects
- Notes: Responsibilities:; land surveys and measurements using GPS, total stations, and other surveying equipment; and verify property boundaries and topographical details; Prepare, maintain, and interpret survey drawings, maps, and reports; Collect, analyze, and record data related to land features, elevations, and coordinates; with engineers, architects, and construction teams to provide accurate site data; the accuracy of survey data, calculations, and legal descriptions; boundaries and reference points for construction and land development; CAD or GIS software to process and prepare survey data; compliance with legal and safety standards during field operations; and calibrate surveying instruments and equipment; Requirements:; experience as a Land Surveyor or in a similar surveying role; or degree in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field; in surveying instruments (Total Station, GPS, Leveling equipment); of CAD, GIS, and other mapping software; understanding of math, geometry, and trigonometry; attention to detail and accuracy; physical fitness for outdoor fieldwork; driver’s license (if field travel is required); Skills:; with local land laws, regulations, and property documentation; problem-solving and analytical skills; communication and teamwork abilities
