- Notes: 📌 Cleaner – Job Description Job Summary A Cleaner is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in assigned areas such as offices, hotels, factories, or residential buildings; cleaner ensures a safe, clean, and organized environment for staff, clients, and visitors; Responsibilities Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors Dust and wipe furniture, fixtures, and equipment Clean windows, doors, and glass surfaces Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly Maintain cleanliness of restrooms and replenish supplies Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely Follow cleaning schedules and company procedures Report maintenance issues or damages in assigned areas Required Qualifications Previous cleaning experience (preferred but not mandatory) Basic understanding of cleaning tools and chemicals Physically fit to perform manual cleaning tasks Ability to follow instructions and work independently Skills & Abilities ✔ Attention to detail ✔ Reliability and punctuality ✔ Teamwork skills ✔ Time management skills ✔ Ability to follow safety procedures Work Conditions Full-time or part-time position Indoor and; outdoor work environment depending on assignment May require early morning, evening, or weekend shifts Physically demanding work including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods
